Entry Information

Deadline for Entries:

Exhibit Hall entries will only be accepted on Sunday, September 25th 1:00 to 5:00 PM, and Monday & Tuesday, September 26th and September 27th from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

*Baked Goods and Flower Entries will also be accepted on Wednesday, September 28th from 9:00 AM to Noon.

Judging:

All Entries will be judged on Merit. A ‘first’ place award is not automatic in any category.

Exhibit Proceeds:

All baked good entries are sold Wednesday evening after judging is complete. Proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald House. Pans, Plates, etc. are part of your entry. Precautions are in place to protect all entries from damage and loss. The Aurora Farmers Fair and the Aurora Lions Club will not be responsible for loss or injury to exhibit items!
