90 Proof Twang

90 Proof Twang was founded in 2012 by front man Josh Brock who decided to trade in his college basketball jersey and stash his books away to continue pursuing his dream of playing banjo and guitar. Now, three years, three CDs, and hundreds of shows later, 90 Proof Twang is on a roll and sweeping people off their feet city by city!

If you combined Marshal Tucker, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash in a bowl, added a little Eric Church and Zac Brown, mixed it and baked it with a modern hippie vibe, you would produce 90 Proof Twang.

The band, led by Josh Brock, has created a following in the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana tri-state area and has been recruited to work with country music mainstays Dave Gibson (singer/songwriter Gibson Miller Band) and Del Gray and Porter Howell (Little Texas). Singer, Josh Brock, released an acoustic album in the spring of 2013 with guitarist Dave Cornett. 90 Proof Twang Released their first ep “Six Pack” May 29, 2014. You can hear “Baby, I got This” from the new cd on the 99.3 Country Aurora, Ind., WAIF Cincinnati 88.3, WPFB the Rebel 105.9 Middletown/Dayton, WNKR Classic Country 106.7, Country 103 Gladwin, Michigan and Classic X Radio.com.

Triumphant Quartet

The one consistent thing about life is change. Things around us are constantly changing. So when a group like Triumphant Quartet maintains consistency, it speaks volumes about whom they are and what all they have accomplished. Triumphant is the face of quality Gospel Music, Christian integrity, family values, friendship and dedication. The group has been that way since their beginnings in 2003, when the four friends first walked out on to the stage of the Louise Mandrell Theater, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee as a headlining talent. Each current Triumphant group member was there in that defining moment, and has continued together ever since. Their smooth harmonies, and rich quartet sound quickly gained them national attention, recognition and concert demand. That popularity promoted the group in 2008, from singing daily at the theater, to touring nationally and performing in major concert venues, auditoriums and churches. It has also voted them the Fan Favorite Quartet in the Gospel Music field for the last nine years, and each group member also being nominated for and receiving various awards. Triumphant Quartet has had five #1 songs and several others have climbed the Top 40 music charts. They have also received four album of the year as well as three song of the year, which has also contributed to their popularity. Gospel music fans agree that the triumphant sound is distinctive, solid quartet singing. Triumphant excels in diversity, and also expands their musical borders to a wide variety of styles, that is enjoyed by church audiences and music lovers. When Triumphant takes the stage, the audience is entertained by the musical variety, the engaging personalities and a bond that is brought together by years of friendship. Audiences will find themselves smiling, laughing, crying, encouraged and uplifted. And most of all, they will walk away having had the Gospel Message presented to them in a powerful way, with a hope that many will receive Christ as their Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ is the focus of Triumphant. He is the reason they sing. These four gentlemen are faithful as always and steadfast and true in their goal of giving their very best in all they do.

The Skallywags consist of four very multifaceted and multitalented musicians. They put on an entertaining array of musical genres, and the impressive powerful vocals of Kristine Spielmann, has a way of engulfing so much power and attitude that truly makes any song she sings, that of her own. But Kristine is not the only one whose voice fills the room. Mike Dittmer and James Wentstrup also share in on the vocals, along with their spectalular guitar playing skills. The Skallywags are a melodic collaboration that manifests passion into beautiful, compelling live performances.

Meeting in high school, at an early age the group shared their love of music and talent. Following high school, Kristine Spielmann and the band formerly known as “Strange on Display,” quickly became a favorite at the local bar scene in the Greater Cincinnati area. The summer of 2009 they lost their drummer, Matt “Skinny,” McIntosh to the H1N1 virus. So the band decided to make a fresh start and rename the group "The Skallywag’s".
